Fraser Suites, Kensington, is Fraser’s landmark property in London. Formed from a large terrace of eleven Grade II Listed Edwardian townhouses built in 1869, the property is made up of 69 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It sits on Cromwell Road, one of London’s busiest thoroughfare, but has views over the peaceful Stanhope Gardens to the rear. Baxter Studio was employed to work on a phased refurbishment of the property over a period of two years. Works have included sanding and re-staining floors, upgrading kitchens and bathrooms and creating a unified design scheme across the apartments. The apartments are very generously sized and the furniture was scaled up to create a sumptuous interior suited to the beautiful historic building.
